Liverpool is coming to Bangkok, Singapore, HK in July

*
I read The Guardian UK. I found this :
The far east tour will take place from 17 to 26 July, and will involve matches in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok, and given the club's appeal throughout the world, its fanbase stretching far and wide, the trip should prove to be a money-spinner.

So guys, lets take a trip in July. I suggest lets do Bangkok. In terms of currency exchange, we don't have to pening kepala compare to Singapore's dollar which is $2.30 against RM1. So who's with me?

Most of us based in KL, so roughly, we'll fly on the day of the match in the morning than may be come back the next day. Air tickets I'm not so sure. Though I flew there more than a few times, because it was paid by my office so I never remember the rates. But there is always the low cost carrier. As for the stadium ticket, well... just prepare RM200. Food, no worries. I think I still remember the Pakistani restaurant (for Muslim foods). We'll wait for the others to plan ahead. C'mon guys, lets go.

ok aku on, can u arrange plane and match ticket on group basis?

Ok. I hope all the bloggers within our sphere will join us. The more the meriah.

At the moment, I think RM1,000 maximum is sufficient. The bulk of it probably by air ticket but today's front page in Utusan said there is air fare ticket war between the low costs carrier between Air Asia, Tiger Airways and Jetstar. This means good news for us.

Hotel - there are many in Bangkok that range between 600 bath (below RM60) to 1,000 bath (RM100) per night. Unless any of you prefer 5 star hotels, the cost you tanggung sendiri. Then we meet at the stadium lah.

If we go on bloggers theme, then we just inform LSCM. I'm a member. May be with them, we can get closer to the players. Shake hands with Torres, perhaps.

After the game, we go Patpong. hahaha....

Can't say whether I would be able to go. But being the Devil's Advocate that I usually am, sorry la:

- Tickets are assured? It is LFC afterall, the best club in the world. How much would the tickets be if the mafias get their hands on them first?

- Should we wait until Torres or the first eleven are confirmed to be there?

Firstly try organising a meet up of fellow bloggers in a mamak stall somewhere in KL. Who knows, maybe after that meeting we could arrange for a trip to Anfield.
Don't get me wrong here, just being the Devil's Advocate ;-)

Pls refer to my earlier posting. I said I shall get in touch with LSCM and of course, it would be on matters involving tickets. And what are you talking about `the mafia'?...

The last time they're visited this region, all the superstar made it. Torres show up in Hong Kong. There's no issue of the superstars won't be coming.

And as for Anfield trip, I don't think I can afford it. No when the exchange rates is still at high RM6.50 against 1 pound.

So Bangkok is as best as it can be and which I could afford.

And of course, lets get together somewhere. I suggest you do the arrangement. I'll try my best to be there. Bear in mind, I work at night, so it would be a brief session with me. But it's okay, you guys can carry on.

Ok. I have established a communication with the people in LSCM, Mr Nantha Kumar himself. He said that LSCM is waiting for further details from the club and LSCM is organising trips for its member. Knowing LSCM, I supposed the committee would go to all the three venues. But I stressed that our group prefer to go to Bangkok.

If possible, all you guys who wants to go, inform me - so i can register you guys together.

It would be more helpful if you guys are a member of LSCM. To be a member, you guys only have to pay below RM80 fee, then you get free T-shirt and stickers.

Go to the LSCM link on your right corner of this blog to register online or if you have free time, come over to Section 9, Shah Alam.
