Was it due to `luck' that LFC failed to score?

Robin van Persie does look good in orange. His recent fine form, ensures him a status  of `saviour' for Arsene Wenger.

Yes, any defeat is a pain in the heart. This is felt especially when your team controlled the game, had one too many near-goal chances, denied by the brilliant opposition goalie and a missed penalty. Add all this up, it is a formula for distressed. So we lost to Arsenal 1-2 at Anfield. Some said there goes our Fourth placing. I'd asked them, since when the slots were confirmed in March?

Then you read, inadvertently the UK media some how managed to get Roy Hodgson to comment on the lost and compare his tenure with the popular Kenny Dalglish. I emphasised on the "popular" word because it is a common knowledge that Hodgson wasn't popular among the Kops and the players. He might have a point to say that to evaluate his tenure with King Kenny, the numbers were not that afar. Of course, Kenny got our first trophy and Hodgson didn't. Well, let's go back to our actual issue.

How do you summarised the lost against Arsenal? Unlucky? I supposed we got all the tactics right, the cover for Gerrard and Johnson (Spearing and Kelly) were fine. The way the whole team ran for the ball, managed to unsettled Arsenal for quite some time. It's not as if Suarez or Kuyt didn't touch the ball, but it was simply that the Arsenal's goalie decided to up his game in that particular match.

And of course, Robin van Persie is truly a good striker. He obviously, inherited the magic of Thiery Henry. He didn't get that many chance in front of Reina but he managed to slotted in two goals in as many tries. For this, as a Liverpool FC fan, I salute van Persie for that entertaining skill, though it was a blow into our hearts. It's better to lose to that kind of skills, rather than say... a silly own-goal.

Next game is Sunderland. We can win if we score. Stop. Enough say.

We aren't good enough. It's as simple as that. Lots of money was spent but the team continues to underperform bro. Time to think and say these blasphemous words: Sack Kenny. Bring back rafa.

It is utterly out-of-order bro to suggest that.
But let me post you a question: name me a team of Liverpool FC status that opted for the same manager that they have sacked before?

Last I checked Kenny is not Pep Guardiola. Forget what you did for me last time but what have you done for me recently? Our point haul in the past 7-8 games is just above relegation zone strugglers. There is nothing to suggest things or style of play will improve for us to challenge. one Carling Cup and fans going bananas. We are Liverpool. Championships and European cups please. Thats the meat and drink. Not some Carling Cup candy. Time to overthrow the King and realistically who will you want to rebuild Liverpool? I can only think of one name and that's Rafa.

I have to disagree with you guys.Carling cup isn't any candy,it's an appetizer for LFC to win more glory,KD is fine as a manager,in fact he's trying to bring back the glory day for LFC,the only problem is,he can't scout a great player that can be one as a team.LS n AC not to say they r bad or flop, but they're lack of teamwork. And also Kenny keep on scouting UK players,n it's frustrating how he thought it's worth it to buy AC for 35mil.We need to be more global to find talent.Apart from that,we have the strategy, but the finishers?Lacking.

What more glory do you think Liverpool can win? The FA Cup? Let's win that before etching our name on the trophy. As it stands KD has proven one thing to me so far. He is not the manager he once was or the game has passed him by.
His refusal to play Carroll is madenning. Why pay all that money (basically 15m) and not play him week in week out? Picking carra ahead of Coates? Carra is a legend and that's what he should be. Let the youngster play. His love affair with Adam is again misplaced. No big team went for him cause physically he is limited. I can go on but simply put KD is proving with each passing game why he needs to be sacked. I love my team more than any individual even if it is the club's greatest ever player.

Would you express the same sentiment if we won the match last Saturday, Sir?

One swallow doesn't make a summer. Bro. I'm hard core like you but I just don't see us improving. That's the scary part. The owners are wise to give Kenny a 2 year contract. If he is not sacked by the end of this season, say goodbye to him bro at the end of next season.

Johardy. What's your defense for not giving Kenny the boot?

I met him in person twice, in KL and in Anfield, last December. Spoke to him, shook his hands. Wish him a jolly good luck (prior to the home game against QPR)... I guess I am starstruck?
