- Apparently, many Man U fans are still fretting and questioned Steven Gerrard's back-passed which was intercepted by Didier Drogba to score in last Sunday's match. Since we have nothing to win and nothing to lose, I wish not to include myself in the debate.
- Though I must say, a player of Gerrard's stature won't be easily sway to sell-off the game simply to achieve a `sinister' hidden agenda. For example, Torres did mentioned in his interview that he has reduced his tendency to be easily downed by any of his defenders because the captain doesn't like it. Such is the standard that we know persist within the squad. So to accuse Gerrard deliberately passing the ball to Drogba is a total malice.
- However, we must see the incident on a case by case basis. On a normal day, say if the match is early in the season, it would be deemed simply as `another lost' by Liverpool. It's unfortunate that the game was the crucial last two of the season, that has a very strong point in influencing the outcome of the whole season. People prefer to see, Liverpool demised equals Man.U's failure too. And in Scourser's mind, that's fine alright!!! hahaha...

The Man U fanatics will cont to believe it was a conspiracy although it was purely a horrific error from the Liverpool skipper after a dismal season...
...and Gerrard has poor history on back-passing since this wasn't the first time, in 6/2004, the same mistake that cost England lost 2-1 to France when Gerrard back-passed to David James and Zidane got it but only for James to nip him down and France were given a penalty!!
....another same scenario of his blunderness was in EPL 05/06 Liverpool against Arsenal when he back-passed to GK only for Thiery Henry to net it just few minutes from time exactly the same like what hppd to Drogba! If you remember, Liverpool lost 1-0 to Arsenal bcoz of that.
OHHH STEVIE!! you'r 3x blunder dude!
-The EPL 05/06 tuh Arsenal v Liverpool masa tuh masih kat stadium lama Arsenal,Highbury.
Incident SAMA dan SERUPA, cam dgn Drogba ...
Good history revision guys! No matter ... Gerrard is the backbone of our current generation of LFC: he's one of the many reasons why other superstar are willing to stay on in the Europa Cup next season. Bcoz playing along side him makes a lot of different. Can't say the same with having Lucas Leiva, though...
TRue....m not saying Stevie ain't good, but to accept what the Man U fanatics thought about our LFC and the captain's purposely handling the match to Chelsea is unbelievable!!
LFC and Stevie are more than professional club and footballer to deserve such accused and on top of that, if Man U wanna win their 19th title, they have to do
it by themselves not by hoping any favour from others.
BTW, I was hppnd to be @ Highbury when that Stevie's blunder cost Liverpool!!
Take care....
darnn.... you're not an arsene wenger's fan, arent you? hehehe
- our LFC....! But I admire the young gunners,tehehehhe...
