Yes. He was brought in about 30 minutes left to full time in the 2nd half. Actually, his movement in the last night's game was not so impressive as he has shown in the Rangers game. But still he managed to score.
Notice the similarity with this photo of David Ngog and another one on the next posting below? He scored with his definitive left foot. And the two goals are almost identical, isn't it?
The game started with the most likely first 11 to start in the UCL Qualification game on August 12th. Torres & Keane at the front, Gerrard & Alonso in the middle, flanked by Kuyt on the right and Benayoun on the left. Then there's the new back in Dossena on the right, Arbeloa on the left and Carra assisted by Agger as the anchor but Reina was only brought in in the 2nd half. (The consolidation goal conceded was during his 2nd half.... hahaha)
Just after 25 minutes, Gerrard signaled to the bench those rolling-rolling hands, requesting to be taken out. A few minutes before he was seen strecthed to the limits to clear the ball from the back. I suspect he had a few knocks. The best part is that Valerenga looks as if they're trying their best to score or to inflict something onto LFC. On the other hand, LFC played their own tempo and looked relax. That's good. Everybody know that the new season is just less than a week to go. And for LFC there is another Lazio friendly game they have to run to. Lazio won't be as easy as Rangers or Valerenga. Lazio could give LFC as hard time as Villareal did.
The result is academic. But the manner it was scored is sometime for us to cherish. Two of the goals were scored by the players infamously now been persuit or linked to a move away from Anfield : Alonso & Benayoun. Both of them scored in the last game against Rangers. Alonso should stay. Same goes to Benayoun. Forget about Barry... (though I doubt it can be canceled now)...

Hi blogowner,
I'm looking forward to a more fearsome Liverpool team this season.
I'm a fan of Liverpool for over 30 years since my school days, having seen them at their best. Love the song "Fearless" by Pink Floyd which incorporates "You'll Never Walk Alone" and the chant.
Oh, yes, I'm linking this blog for another reason, that you are proud to be a Malaysian.
Bro,
I believe torres striking partner should be ngog and not keane. I don't know my instinct say that Ngog can be the next thierry henry, what do u think fren

Firstly, Bob from Kuching... you are invited to write a LONGER version, rather then just a word or two. I'm sure the rest will love to read your opinion.
As for Ayor Lemuju, you must be a veteran of LFC fan. I must admit that in the 80's I was more enchanted with the white colour jersey of Hotspurs... with the likes of Steve Archibald, Ossie Addiles etc. etc. Of course, my elder brother taught me a lot (since he has the money to buy SHOOT!) that the greatest team then was LFC. Frankly speaking, I revitalised my love towards LFC in 1997. The same time coincide with the introduction of satellite tv in Malaysia (ASTRO). Then it was only SUPERSPORTS channel. They only freaking show it one or two games per week and if you're lucky, they show LFC game. If not, most of the time it shows Man.U.
Now, ESPN & Starsports are the best. ASTRO is doing a good job in ensuring the 3 most followed club in Malaysia are well satisfied with their choices of broadcast. ESPN might priorities Man.U, Arsenal or Chelsea. The Starsports would ensure LFC won't be left out. So bro... you are also like Mr Bob of Kuching, are invited to write a longer piece and e-mail to this funny sounds mail : official.liverpool@gmail.com (it was set-up my colleague, didn't know he would be that imaginative!)
Bro,
Blog allows anyone to express freely their opinion no matter how short or long his or her opinions may be, it will serve no purpose if bloggers imposed or to put it in better perspective demanding readers of your blog to write the way you want it to be.Respected bloggers like RockyBru or Kadir Jasin never imposed such condition, hope u understand and respect whatever comment that appear on your blog be it in long or short version.

aisehhh Bob... you're too quick to draw a gun on me.
No... no... I have no intention to force you nor to impose anything on any of you.
My invitation to you is simply to make this blog as open as it can be to any LFC fan. Nothing to do with any hidden agenda. My real reason is only to make you feel that you own this blog too. Pure & simple.
I am sorry that it is misconstrued like this but I hope my explanation will help.
C'mon Bob. Don't get mad. Get even. After all... NGAP SAYOT is a legend! hehehe
Hahaha,no problem bro,the new season start let just hope our team can win the premier league,fa cup and european cup,
bro u will never walk alone once u a liverpool fan.

Ngog, why am i not suprised? Because he's French. Hahaha,
surely he's a product of the famed centre de formation mooted in the 1970s, which began to bear results in the late 80s and early 90s and ultimately turning the French from nearly men romantics into winners.
the challenge for him is not to make too quick an impression. he must be able to sustain it and work towards becoming a Kop legend. His predecessors include Steve Heighway, Ronnie Whelan, John Barnes...big shoes to fill
bro
